The project comprises six Enercon E82 wind turbines. Gaelectric also acquired a 50% interest in the 115-MW Cnoc Wind Farm located at Grange Tipperary from Cnoc Windfarms Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Both projects, together with the Foyle Wind Farm, form part of the Blanchfield Cluster, which is a 34-MW underground grid connection to Thurles.
