The project, which was awarded by the New &amp; Renewable Energy Authority by means of an international tender, will receive public financing from the Japan International Cooperation Agency.<\/p>\n<p>Under the scope of the agreement, Gamesa will handle the supply, installation and commissioning of the turbines starting from September 2015. The company will also handle construction of the civil engineering and electric infrastructure needed to install and operate the facility and will provide operations and maintenance services for three years.
