Malaysia’s KNM Process Systems has signed a joint venture agreement with South Korea’s Hansol EME Co. to develop biomass projects.
Wunder the agreement, KNM will hold 40% stake in Hansol KNM Greentech, with Hansol holding the rest. The JV will focus on the engineering, procurement and construction of biomass waste projects.
“Hansol shall act as the leader of the JV in the negotiation and successful implementation of any business opportunities and execute the overall management and coordination of the parties’ combined activities,” KNM said in a statement.
