Gamesa Wins Contracts to Supply 46MW of Turbines to India

Spanish wind turbine maker Gamesa has secured contracts to supply 46 megawatts of turbines to developers in India.

The company will supply 23 of its G97-2.0 MW turbines. In total, Gamesa will deliver and commission 12 wind turbines at the Ramnagar wind complex, seven at the Lingsagur facility and four at the Chandargh wind farm. The names of the customers were not disclosed.

In October 2014, Gamesa secured contracts for 172MW of turbines to five projects across India.
