Thailand’s Super Solar Energy Group pay US$396 million to acquire five solar-power companies with a combined capacity of 290 megawatts.
The five companies being acquired Power Technology International (55.6MW), Energy Serve (81.45MW), Infinite Alternative Energy (87MW), Amanuve (30MW) and Sri Naga Power (36MW). Super Solar Energy Group is a subsidiary of Superblock.
“The company has a policy to invest in business expansion and production of electricity from renewable energy,” said Jormsup Lochaya, Superblock chairman. “In particular solar – the company plans to expand this side constantly.”
