JA Solar Holdings Co. has completed a 92.5-megawatt shipment of modules for a project in Negros Occidental province in the Philippines.
Located in Cadiz City, the 132.5-MW solar farm will be equipped with JA Solar’s JAP6-72 310W modules, including an initial on-site installment of over 30MW. The Negros Occidental province is located near the equator and the facility is located approximately 3 km from the coastline, JA Solar said.
Details of the project or the customer were not revealed.
